My Role

I focused on modernizing the platform to enhance user experience, drawing inspiration from social media trends and successful design patterns from other apps. Through peer research and feedback from my target audience, represented by Layla, a 25-year-old data analyst, I identified pain points in the existing design. Using Figma, I created a simpler, more intuitive interface, incorporating elements that promote ease of use. A/B testing allowed me to fine-tune details and ensure the design met user needs, resulting in a more engaging and user-friendly experience.

The Process

In my Quora redesign, I revised the interface, created a new logo and brand UI, and developed a style guide. My focus was on modernizing the design to improve usability and trustworthiness, addressing security concerns, and simplifying navigation. I used high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and iterative testing to create a more intuitive, user-friendly experience.
