My Role
The design process for began with research into existing toy and design expos to understand industry standards and audience expectations. I focused on creating a bright, whimsical, and childlike visual identity while ensuring practical usability. Using tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver, I developed the site from initial mockups to a fully functional prototype, balancing playful aesthetics with user-friendly design.
The Process
For Playground: Design Expo, I led the project from concept to execution, creating the fictional event, designing the logo and style guide, and choosing a playful color palette. I started with low-fidelity wireframes, developed high-fidelity designs using the guide, and hand-coded the final website with HTML and CSS to bring the experience to life.
