My Role
I drew inspiration from existing industry trends to inform the design and functionality of the new coach dashboard. I expanded the UI guide to ensure consistency with Scholist’s preexisting branding. Using Figma, I iterated on the design and conducted A/B testing to evaluate different design approaches. Incorporating feedback from both coaches and the founder, I refined the user experience. This testing and feedback loop helped me address pain points, optimize the interface, and create a streamlined, user-friendly dashboard for coaches.
The Process
During my time at Scholist, I was responsible for designing the coach dashboard, integrating it seamlessly into the preexisting website. I focused on improving the UI and streamlining the user flow to make it easier for coaches to navigate and manage their tasks efficiently. Through iterative design, I enhanced the overall experience to meet both user needs and business objectives. The design was responsive, and I fully prototyped it to ensure usability and effectively communicate the design with the team.
